Building Our Future in Paradise

Celebrating 20 years of Partnership: Building Our Future in Paradise

Behind every successful entrepreneur is a supportive partner.

We're celebrating two decades of marriage.

Today, I bring you greetings from beautiful Belize.

Rudy & Angela - San Pedro Belize

Although it's a fun time to relax, swim, soak up sun — there's more

than meets the eye.

We've been on a quest to diversify our real estate portfolio to include international property.

Why not enjoy the best of both worlds?

Here's the thing...

In the US housing costs are increasing and so is the barrier of entry.

Many investors have been purchasing a piece of paradise for a fraction of US prices.

One thing entrepreneurship has taught me, is patience.

But there's a cheat code.

Early on, I learned that you make your money in real estate when you buy (not when you sell).

What do you mean?

It boils down to terms and pricing.

You want to get in below market price and have the most favorable terms at the start.

Once you've already purchased, it's too late.

Some may say, “it's risky buying international”.

I would say, it's risky if you don't know the possibilities.

Here's my challenge for you.

The next time you vacation abroad, ask yourself what does it cost

to live here and what is the process?

Ask the locals and schedule time with realtors to explore.

Don't allow fear to set in because you could be blocking your blessing.

Signing off — Paradise awaits.

PROMPT: A breathtakingly detailed, highly realistic, and vividly colored cinematic photograph of the deep sea, evoking the sense of being immersed in the darkest, most mysterious depths of the ocean, with soft, warm lighting that highlights the textures and curves of the coral reefs, schools of iridescent fish darting through the darkness, and the eerie glow of bioluminescent creatures, all shot on a large format camera with a subtle film grain that adds to the sense of nostalgia and wonder, set against a midnight blue-black background that seems to stretch on forever, with the faintest hints of turquoise and teal where the sunlight barely penetrates, capturing the mesmerizing beauty and alien-like quality of this largely unexplored world.
