I caught myself getting distracted by focusing on what I couldn't control.
Then I stumbled on Dan Martell's video titled "Stop Playing Small."
The headline grabbed my attention — and the subheadline?
“Spare me 12 mins and I’ll Make You INSANELY Courageous”
Here's the thing...
Your mess is your message.
That pain is the very thing you can help others avoid.
But most of us stay small because we're afraid to fail or disappoint others.
Here's what Dan taught me about courage:
The Ratio of Risk: You want the output, but what are you willing to invest? How much are you putting on the line to achieve that goal? There's always a ratio between what you risk and what you gain.
Meet the Moment: Are you willing to become what it takes? You're a creator — why not now? Stop making excuses and seize the opportunity in front of you.
The Purity of Intentions: This one changed everything for me. Your confidence and courage don't come from your past achievements or material possessions. They come from the purity of your intentions.
The truth is...
Fear of failure keeps us from trying.
But pure intentions give you permission to try.
The Daily Courage Challenge:
You already know what you need to do.
Choose one aspect of your life you want to improve and practice a daily habit.
There are no hacks.
The key isn't eliminating fear — it's building the muscle to act in spite of fear.
